yeah i've beaten the game and the only ammo i have a decent amount of is .38 and fusion cells

9. Actually, I feel like these make a lot of sense.
10. I think it was traits they removed. I can still get perks.
11. A lot of the perks are just flat things rather than percentages. Luck ones tend to be percentages, though.
12. Having maxed S.P.E.C.I.A.L., the game's still pretty tough and I missed out on grabbing some perks.
13. I killed the leader of the Brotherhood and jumped off his ship (then reloaded)
14. Ammunition is scarce and you need so many supplies.

16. There is no thirst and hunger, so yes, agreed.
17. It isn't, there's "yes", "no", "sarcastic no", and "other"
18. with like 5 minutes of battery and most of my armor broke during the first fight (quick repair back at base) (also weakest power armor)
19. It's tough, but not instakill.

21. I'm nearly there, but I haven't played FO3...
