They added in some of its elements, like stimpaks healing over time.
Plus the game is much harder than previous ones in my experience.

its a way to prevent you taking cheap shots from an area thats literally impossible for them to reach

Its been less than a week, Tony + If its coming it'll be part of a DLC.
