I found the comments from that being posted on reddit quite useful too, three things I had no idea of:
* Alcohol increases carry capacity
* Cooked radstag meat adds +25 carry weight
* Armour with pockets increase carry capacity
Nonnel:
Alcohol has always raised carry weight
+1 strength
Regulith:
I put Deep Pocketing on every armor piece I could because I never had space to pick anything up
Then I decided to start wearing Power Armor instead so I put the increased carry capacity mods on both legs
