I keep finding homemade weapons in pre-war safes. Who the forget would be using a pip revolver pre-war when you can buy an actually efficient handgun. Did they overlook this? I was initially excited about weapon customization because i at least thought there would be more than just the same part renamed and given different stats. |

(Though I don't actually know if stimpaks existed before the war but I've always assumed not) I think it would be better if locked safes and unexplored prewar buildings had higher chances for prewar weapons and zero chance for post-war loot like pipe pistols. |
