That happened to me really early on, except I had just scoped and it teleported me like 200 feet in the air. Luckily I was wearing power armor.

There aren't enough tiny variants of objects in this game.
I used to collect all the tiny gnomes and toasters and things you could find in Fallout 3.

Well I mean, we don't die after being nuked and burned alive. I get your point, they should not be essential, but you'd think if we could heal ourselves moments away from death, our companions should be able to as-well.
