if obsidian can do Bethesda's amazing open world and overall wasteland feel but with their signature factions, characters and writing i would be happy. Also an expansion on the settlements, where the settlers actually build and do stuff on their own and have their own unique influence and relations with the character and other settlements, including dynamic trade and possibly warring and sacking of other settlements
I'm also really digging not having gun degradation anymore, it didn't even make sense that a pristine pistol would die after like 400 shots.

i feel like weapon condition would still work if all weapons still retained their base damage and being in "good" condition only increased the base damage. No weapon breaking involved whatsoever, just different values.
