For some reason, Kent Connolly is one of my favorite video game characters I've seen in awhile. I don't know why. I redid the confrontation probably at least 10 times over to make sure he got saved.

I didn't even know Kent was there until the tail end of my second playthrough, as many times as I went through that place I never even opened that door, probably because I expected just another storage closet full of Abraxo cleaner
I picked up the relevant items in both playthroughs and expected to find some random guy in a building in the middle of the city who would finally give me the quest so I could get them out of my inventory, but I never found him until just the other day
