Well I believe ammo types is better and more plausible than a "armor piercing gun barrel" attachment. Also these armor piercing mods give general negative effects. To prevent that with ammo just switch to regular. Can't do that with guns.

Unless you want to carry multiple different versions of the same gun which is going to put a lot of burden with your carry weight.

Bullstuff. If you play the game like a normal person, you'll have most of what you need to craft.

By picking up every coffee cup and pencil and dishrag you see? In 3 and NV I only pick up what I usually need like turpentine or duct tape.

thats just different. there is actually nothing wrong with it besides being different from whatever preconceptions you have. not a problem with the game
