eventually everything becomes super overpowered
im playing a character with a stuff ton of perk points put into special so i've got like 10 strength 10 endurance 10 intelligence and 10 agility and no weapon perks but high endurance just makes you forgetin immune to bullets and if you take nerd rage it only escalates

i make a ton of loving purified water, sell that stuff, and spend it on buying more loving ammo for my piece of stuff guns! Why am i paying 800 caps to buy 150 loving bullets let me just loving clock you in the head and take em for free! I do one area and then im out of loving bullets again and i have to use the purified water that was stocked when i was in the area to buy more loving BULLETS

never bought ammo and i have over 1200 fusion cells and 400 for my combat rifle.

After a certain point (still very early in the game, and with 3 different characters now) I always have more caps and ammo than I know what to do with, to the point that any perks that increase the amount I get seem like a waste
I don't know what to tell you, I guess you just need to scavenge more? I always have a billion meds to sell at all times if I ever need caps
