There a point in the game I decided to go stealth and the game decided to make me stealth my way around a Deathclaw and my heart skipped a beat the second I laid eyes on it. I had no power armor so I was scared straight. Deathclaw: Isolation is what just loving happened.

Try using stealth without that "HIDDEN" hud icon above your screen, I guarantee it would be much harder and nerve racking.
