Dead Island did it and people criticized dead island for it. Now Fallout 4 is doing it. |

Had something similar happen, was checkin' some cabinets and heard canine steps, thought it was dogmeat, turned around and saw a big ass mutant dog maw flying at me, dropped my remote I got so freaked out, lol |
