I found a legendary knife that causes freezing damage. I don't understand why, there is no freezing modules taped up on it or anything. Maybe the knife is just so cold in general it freezes people?

This is about the fourth time you've complained about legendary items not having cosmetic differences.

Here I do have a compliment.
I like how bottlecap mines no longer require caps to make and when they explode caps will shoot out of them and you can collect them. Infinite money.

you could open up the textures in paint and photoshop some cool snowflakes onto it probably

Oh to anyone wondering. Settlement shops all share the same inventory. So you could make a weapon shop at the red rocket and sell some legendary fatman over then then head over to the weapon shop in sanctuary and see the same fatman over there.
No shop has it's own inventory lol.
