I'd rather play at 30 fps with good graphics than 15-20 with stuff graphics
It also never crashes or has a number of other problems I would probably get on PC

Planning on getting it on PS4 because I like shooters with controllers as opposed to keyboards and mouse

you can use a controller on pc
