I'd be down for a few tech-eras. I'll underline the ones I'm most interested in.
Napoleonic Wars, World War One, World War Two (Early to Mid), and Early Cold War (1950s).
You can play if you want to, ultimately it makes no difference to me. I'd just like there to be a few NPC nations. I know there was gonna be some in the latest rendition of Anagaea, but that kinda died before that could happen.

I think having the moderator also play a nation is a bad idea, but if you think you can pull it off, go ahead. Having NPC nations is a better idea IMO (which in practical terms are still controlled by you, but are more detached).

I would additionally like to note that I will be requiring anyone interested in development to pre-apply before they participate in development. The polls within the pre-application are unanimously in favor of random placement based on ethnographic data based on climate zones.
Your land claim will adhere primarily to natural geographic boundaries and will be sized based primarily on population.
If anyone who took the survey likes this idea, I invite you to pre-apply when you can or, if you don't like the idea, place it in the Critical section of the Other Information/Comments portion on the survey.
