how do you guys think combat should work? I was thinking of having it happen in "waves". that is, both players decide how they're going to do stuff and then it happens. after that, then a second "wave" happens when both players decide again

jairo is loving stuff at explaining because he's gay

he means that players will submit one or more simple actions (a la any turn based game ever, "move muh infantry at theirs n attack") and then he will sim it and the process will repeat, allowing for slightly more tactical battles and less "I have more troops so I win" number crunching bullstuff
