Well it also has a forgetton of names that aren't from this website, so my guess if that it grabs names from a bunch of forums which we were also included for whatsoever reason.

This seems like a bot who crawled the forum.blockland.us website and cached all the usernames and used them all for a spam website. Probably a technique for bots to have "real-looking" usernames.

There are other websites, such as Nabble, that cache entire forums and their topics.
