This is pretty neat!

what's the threshold of not being walkable? anything higher than or equal to a 3x height ramp?

Standing on something? That the default player bounding box doesn't fall. Walking up onto something? The default player maxStepHeight of 1 TU.

What's this? It looks like a navigation mesh.

Is this done in TorqueScript?

It's more of a waypoint graph. But yes, it's done in TorqueScript.
