I see what you tried to do. There's a lot of popular TF2 videos featuring the mercs doing random stuff alongside their naturally comical voices. The problem with yours is that the timing and animation is too slow to generate much laughs. The sound effects also just don't do it.
You should watch some more examples before making videos like these. Team Fabulous 2 is a great example. Get pointers from that.
