I'm confused as to where the options for 1600x900 and 1920x1080 went. Does anyone know what happened?

This is most likely because you're using an addon to have custom resolutions.

Do you have any idea what add-on it may be? as I've tried looking through the folder and can't find anything

I can't remember the name, but it's some sort of camera or filming-mode add-on.

That helped me figure it out, it was Client_CameraMod. Removed it and have normal options now
