How good are hotdogs (in taste)?

I for one don't really like run of the mill hotdogs anyway. Cant stand boiled dogs with ketchup and mustard. If i eat hotdogs with those stuff it has to be grilled. Otherwise, i only like chili dogs.

However, bratwursts are the bomb, especially with some sauerkraut.

brats are so gross
they taste ok but the texture is AWFUL between the  tough skin and those bits inside it
