Problem is that I live in a pretty rural area, so even if I could get involved with a team somewhere, I'd have to go pretty far for it. I don't know though, there might be church baseball leagues somewhere that I haven't heard about.

Have you tried airsoft? I'm more of a paintballer but airsoft is pretty cost-effective, and is pretty popular here in the South/Midwest

I actually did a few times. The friend I went with is in the military now and stationed elsewhere. I still have my guns so if the opportunity came up, I could do that.
