I feel they would have been more well received if it stayed a bit more grounded and less pretentious. Beyond Two Souls is honestly the weakest point in the series, because at least the first two games were entertaining. For what the games were trying to be was at least commendable, but they were poorly executed and ended up being forgettable and uninspiring. Certainly not the worst videogames of all time, but nothing to write home about. |
