I think the only difference between Big Rigs and Goat Simulator is that Goat Simulator was doused in Febreeze and showered in sparkles.

The difference between goat simulator and big rigs is that big rigs was supposed to be a professionally made, quality game (Fun fact: The same guy who made WarZ made Big Rigs Over the Road Racing) while Goat Simulator was made as a joke.
