Profile avatar options issue

When I try to upload this:

Its not working.
I tried changing from JPG to PNG, and changing the size of the picture down, nothings worked. 
When I hit "Change Profile" it just wont do it, it reverts back to my current one, and its not giving an error, what am I doing wrong?
