If their a newbie, I'd let them do things for themselves, and interrupt if something went wrong; IE he spammed, or something.

I read it as the definition 'idiots who run into your server and do stupid things', not 'people who do not know how to play the game'. There's a big difference between the two. The first will be shot into space. The second will be taught how to play the game.

@Ghoul: Very funny!! I see how that joke can never get old and is always absolutely vomit-inducingly hilarious each time you do it. You must go to sleep giggling after a good day of tricking people into quitting the game. But perhaps he just disconnected because he instantly knew he'd found yet another of Blockland's nintendos.

They wouldn't know! I judge when to do that trick by the name. If it's something like "MA$13R CH31F 114566" you'd know that it's probably some 9 or 10 year old who has no idea about Alt-f4. Like the topic says: NUBCAKES! Not partial nubcakes.
And yes, I do go to sleep giggling. DON'T F***ING JUDGE ME! :(

I use Power To The Badmin 0.5 on the noobs (the idiots that act like jerk offs), when it comes to newbs (the new players; the nice- empty vessels), I help them out with anything they want to know.

Definition of Noob/Newb:
Newbie: A person who is new to a game, and needs help and admits to it. They actually ask for help on subjects that they cannot find answers to from manuals or guides on forums. It is always, ALWAYS recommended to help these people out, and with much help they'll become pros in no time.

Noob: A person who is either:
1) Just completely f#cking handicapped and won't admit to it, and will rapidly spam sh!t insults like a minigun. Most of which we have here.
2) A person who is new to a game, needs help and won't admit to it. They always, ALWAYS, NEVER LOOK IN THE POINTED PLACES, such as a Help desk, the manual (Sometimes the manual has good advice, it's true), the tutorial or whatever, and ask the most stupidest questions which can be solved with a simple answer found in a simple, obvious place. It is often best to deal with these people by banning them for 5 minutes with the message "Play the tutorial and look in the help forum, b!tch."

I let noobs do whatever they want in my server and when they leave I just delete their junk unless they say they will be back.

No need to be an ass hat to someone new to the game, or just has a significantly lower IQ than yourself.

I like Jervans way of thinking just because I rather have blockland full of noobs that have the know how rather than noobs that have questions which go unanswered then soon results in a spammy mess of a user.
