How do you get expirence in the first place if they only hire expirenced workers? Even worse if you have a college degree.

What's really bugging me right now is how overly sensitive people are. It's not confined to tumblr and it's not confined to the internet. It's like the past generation or two never really grew up.

Oh and for the experience/job thing. People expect internships in college now. That will count towards job experience even if it isn't paid. Furthermore, those kind of "minimum requirements" are often just preferences. Don't be afraid to apply to something like that or even something further out of your league. What's the worst that could happen? A letter in the mail saying thanks but no thanks?

This just in! Your child is a little stuff? That's probably because you didn't follow the time proven tradition. What tradition is that? Hit your kids. Lying? Swats. Back talk? Swats. Bullying? Swats. It worked since the beginning of loving time. Now we've made it this evil thing and guess what. The vast majority of kids are spoiled obnoxious stuffs.
