Sending Punch Packet...

Hey I have a problem with my server,
For some people I know, when they try to join it says that sending punch packet forever but when their friends join, they can join too.
Also I know some people who can join whenever they want.
So is it an addon problem or something like that?

I suspect it's not an addon, but more with how your internet is configured/which router you're using
