Bad thing to assume actually, at least from my experience (despite being goofy and posting Linux and Windows 98 screenshots hoping for a Windows 10 upgrade from them). Windows 10, at least in a VM, runs much worse than my old Windows 7 VM does.

Same you can change the resolution but it didnt make it much better for me

Change the resolution back. If you aren't able to, you probably need to update your graphics card drivers.

Just 'cuz it's a VM doesn't mean that won't cause it to run worse, could be that way on any PC too
