Do you have control now?

I don't think that would actually be possible to do in script, since you can't get the directions the player is trying to move in.

Apparently Badspot done it by mounting you to a vehicle, although, I may of miss read the post.

No, Badspot did it in AoT by editing the player rendering and movement code.

I think he meant, "It would be possible to do it with a vehicle, but very hacky".

Quote of post por favor.

And it should work with a vehicle like the flyingvehicle since they move without touching the ground, but it would be exceedingly hacky as you said.

The hook isn't possible without engine changes.
Badspot did it by sticking the player to a vehicle or something and had it swing limited by the object it was supposedly attatched to.

yeah dread your right. but it still worked great in the ninja room.

Do you have control now?
You can (slightly) control the rope midair with the WASD keys. Mid-air control is a feature already in the Blockland engine. There's a playertype in there which is able to control the rope much more than the regular playertype.

I like how it re-connects your rope to the previous brick if you shoot for one and miss :D

Although it would be more challenging if it didn't >:D

I heard Dilt was making a rope, I wanna see it  :cookieMonster:

i like the rope in the bed room. if you get on the shelf hooked to the wall and you shoot up and sling your self across it looks like a real ninja movie from below and the side. Im glad you made that its cool

It's a non-broken version of this rope, I don't think I'm going to release it, though, considering a better version was already released.

I'm going to change the color of the chain and make each particle larger so it's more visible and chain like. Then edit it into this post.

i give it a 6.9/10   :iceCream:

I tried this with a vehicle, had to only change one variable.

With a vehicle it allows you to have complete control but you only get suspended from a far distance, not the actual distance.

With the vehicle do you actually swing as if the vehicle were connected to the spot you shot by a string?
