i cant get speedier kart?

i tryed everything like winning a race on a public server and lan i only have speedy kart can anyone help me?

all speedkarts go the same speed
in order to win a race you have to take shortcuts and not mess up

Anyways, as long as I don't get in trouble, (I probably will...) there is a certain code you can put into the console to get the Steam achievement...
Or you could try again on winning in the public, there should be several servers up and running speed kart, like mine, Anthony's, or even Badspot's!
