turns out laying for an hour and a half before you go to bed is NOT normal! how does the forums fall asleep in a timely fashion?

i do this too, I heard somewhere (matthew santoro i think) that "creative" or "active" people don't fall asleep immediately, and just sit there until they do.

i always think about dying yo. like eventually i gotta stop doing all this fun stuff and just stop existing. cue worrying. laying in bed is the loneliest time for me because im just completely alone :/

I have a breathing thing that I do. Basically, every time you take a breath, increase your number by one starting from zero. Every time your mind wanders and you lose track of your number, restart. Usually I only have to restart 2 or 3 times before I fall asleep.
