LA-2CP ElectroshockType: Pistol
Story: In the cold underground facility, in a disclosed location. David Lacefield
(Owner of LA Weaponry) has been working day in, and day out. He hasn't slept in some time, and has been constantly falling asleep. He was working on his latest weapon, a gun ahead of its time. He eventually got tired, and just put the parts together. During a quick field test, he noticed that the weapon wasn't firing the bullets. It was instead giving major kickback, and a zap to the hand. Which made it annoying to hold/fire. He saw opportunity in this, he used it's massive kickback and electric zap to be projectiled. He did some tinkering and made it use a special battery instead. He charged it up, and WAM. A quick electrical shot came out. Faster than a bullet, it nearly immediately hit the target. The target shook for a bit, then fell. He decided to use it on a spy that was doing what he does. David shot him in the head with it, causing the spy to fall down in convulsions. Knocking him out for hours on end. David fixed some problems, and put it in mass production. Giving police forces everywhere a new edge, but soon the criminals will also have one.
Basic: A weapon made by LA Weaponry, it uses a special battery instead of ammo. Because it doesn't really use bullets. It uses High Speed Electrical Shots. Or H.S.E.S, which can temporarily immobilize the enemy target. Gets it's name for obvious reasons. Strange serial number, because it is the first in a new non-lethal line of LA Weapons. But this can be turnt to a lethal mode, which can kill in 2-4 shots.
