My laptop computer (texting from desktop) is having a problem

It won't turn on correctly, like i will go to turn it on, and it will be flashing a black, a grey, and a blank screen (as in it turns off)

It's still happening and i'm scared it's broke

it won't respond to me clicking the power button, or holding it. and it's not one of those computers that you can take the battery out of. it's a tablet comp

if you don't get anything from holding down the power button, then there is probably an issue
do you know if it's getting power or not? like another power cable you can test with
probably wouldn't do anything if out of battery
does it have any beeping? my CMOS battery kept dying and produced triple beeps I think

Usually that's a sign you're getting a error code.
