I'm assuming high combo and accuracy, plus it being pretty high up in my top scores or maybe my place on it.

I tried the mouse and keyboard combo when i first started and didn't really like it at all, moved to mouse only and it feels better. It really just takes time and practice as far as I know. Cause I did really badly at first and do well enough now. I use 1600x900 Resolution and 550 dpi for osu nowadays.

Now I play tablet, but back then I played KB and mouse perfectly fine. I could do mouse only too but only on easier songs. On Insane+ you pretty much need keyboard, because clicking with 200bpm+ streams is close to impossible.
