It's really not that hard to stump him.  You just have to think of a rather obscure characters.  I managed to get him stumped on Captain Nathaniel J. Claw, twice in a row even.

It's quite annoying when you know he's worked your character out but he continues asking or repeating questions just to perfectly confirm it.
