it means i use an ethernet cable instead of using wifi, so that also means i'm getting faster speeds

Is this supposed to be like, something new? It's always been this way.

So do people just buy stuffty wifi gear or what? Cuz I've always had the same speed on my wireless as wired

Fairly certain they do. I get 150 down and 10 up on both wired and wireless which is exactly what we pay for
