I really wish you could disable FOBs. I just raided by some guy who's way above my level but somehow on the same PF rank. His security force is level 28 and he has way better soldiers.

yeah no don't do this.
This makes you even more of a target, and only to other people with nukes or people with crazy high heroism.
Increase your FOB's security and stop being a stingy forget with the costs.
