YouTube keeps deleting my videos

So, I don't know how these big YouTubers do it. Pewdiepie, Markiplier, all of the above puts ads on their videos when there is a large amount of copyrighted content.
I made a YTP with the source of Dora The Explorer, and another YTP with the source of Caillou, and they got deleted and I was temp banned. My videos don't have ads and I never said I owned any content in the video. I don't make money from them.
How can I stop my videos from being deleted?

Put a fair use warning before the content itself and in the description. Parody is covered in fair use. If copyright strikes happen, challenge them as much as you can, even if it takes a long time.
