MrThunderWing, Rude, Join/Leave spam, Trolling players

This guy is sooooo annoying, and he has been on my server a couple of times, being rude and spawnkilling people with snowballs...
As you will see, his BLID is 48963, and his IP is 50.106.181.129:19537
I have had banned him a couple of times, muted him a lot, and kicked him some, I will go right to when he spammed joined and left:
