I can't believe there are so many people on this forum who think donald Annoying Orange would be a good president
it's just to be contrary/for attention/as a joke

Independent Candidate, wants to emulate Sweden/Norway/Denmark style government.
i can't think of anything worse

With any luck, people from my generation will actually loving vote and we'll get something accomplished for once.

Same. Not many people were happy in my area :p

Ok.
His agenda:

His positions:
http://www.ontheissues.org/House/Bernie_Sanders.htm
and his consistency:

-why is this good
-eh
-no
-heck no
-heck no
-heck no
-heck no
-already exists
-heck no
-heck no
-h e c k n o

basically his agenda consists of spending EVEN MORE MONEY and radically intervening and controlling the market. what could go wrong.

he provides proof and all you can say is "NONONONONO"

its like you expect me to agree with unprecedented interventionism in an economy that is already regulated into the dirt

-why is this good Because the wealthy do not pay enough in taxes.
-eh At least you somewhat agree.
-no Why? Why should we allow bribery and corruption in politics? What line of thinking would make you choose that position?
-heck no There should be restrictions on emissions. Again, counterargument?
-heck no Most simple and effective system for universal health care, again, what's the problem?
-heck no Too big to fail should not exist, again I ask. Why not?
-heck no Possible with enough revenue coming in, why not?
-already exists While the 77 cents to a dollar is bullstuff, yes, there still comes out to be a 99% to 1 dollar if I remember correctly.
-heck no Minimum wage should be a living wage, not a starvation wage. Again, why oppose?
-heck no Why not, unions represent workers, again, explain your reasoning except for just "heck no"
-h e c k n o See above.

basically his agenda consists of spending EVEN MORE MONEY and radically intervening and controlling the market. what could go wrong.
Not really. Social democracy still has a capitalist framework in place. I don't see how things could go wrong with wealth being more fairly distributed.

its like you expect me to agree with unprecedented interventionism in an economy that is already regulated into the dirt
More or less, I should not say completely untrue, but necessarily what are the means of changing said regulations. Besides, do you know what social democracy is?

You act like everyone relates to your position and just goes with it. Well, we don't. Mind explaining yourself, please?

all i'm hearing is "let's raise federal taxes"

i just went to mcdonalds today and asked for a sweet tea and all i got was the bitch lady behind the counter to roll her eyes at me and take forever to find out she got me an unsweet tea

and he wants 15 dollars minimum wage. i don't think so

Can I vote for myself? I would do a way better job than any of these jokers.

The minimum wage, as a broad example, simply is not enough for people to live off of. Should it be way, way high? No, of course not, but generally if a job is worked, in my opinion, you should be able to live off it.

Necessarily of course we have a lazy, arrogant worker who needs to be fired if she acts like that, but that's an individual case.
