Dear residents of Snowdin,

I have decided to move near the infamous Captcha. It is not for personal reasons nor did he blackmail me, I moved for economic reasons. The taxes of Snowdin were too expensive and the items promised to me by Cap were to good to pass up. Although I've only been in Snowdin for a day, I'll never forget my experiences there. I may even visit from time to time if you allow me. I start my move tomorrow.
