Port forwarding issues continued

I've configured everything correctly now, but the port is still invisible.

Local IP: 192.168.1.142
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Default gateway: 192.168.1.1
DNS servers: 167.206.10.278 and 167.206.10.279

All this info has been typed into the ipv4 properties accordingly.
Please help me.
