if by 128 you mean 128-bit encryption then there's no way in hell that anyone's ever going to be able to decrypt it
besides that i got nothin man it's just too ambiguous and there's not enough information

I will post three hints over the course of 3 hours to make it easier.

Hint 1: 64+64=
Hint 2: It has 3 layers of encryption figure them out.

I'm guessing the first hint means you used 128-bit encryption, which will be basically impossible to decrypt barring use of a super computer.

This isn't even a 'challenge' really. You used ciphers that are impossible to reverse without a massive brute force attack.

Go learn how cryptography works and then come back with something that's actually solvable.
