The only person I know who has had their name changed is 'Mr. T_T'.
His original name was 'ttttttt', but Badspot changed it to prevent the community from 'ripping him to shreds' or something.

wynd_fox had his changed from like, "moose lover" I think

I think a few people had theirs changed before.
Most of the time it was capitalising names.

Bisjac for example used to just be bisjac.

the only time i've heard he changes names is for people like me that literally have bad usernames

He said on a stream with Rotondo a couple years back that he won't change forum names anymore because too many people did it.

Badspot use to change names. I had my name changed on my old account. He doesn't do it anymore, I think because of the overwhelming requests for it.
