I'm typing this on my phone, be aware.
So I'm using Windows 10 and yesterday I got an update for avast, and what happened was the start menu wouldn't work and I got the error when I restarted saying cortana and the start menu were broken and I had to sign out and back in. I did that multiple times with no success so I try to uninstall avast. When it finishes it has me restart the PC and then it said "Diagnosing your Pc" and then said that it hard a problem starting up. I tried using a backup, it failed, tried launching in safe mode and I even tried resetting it and that didn't work. I don't know what to do anymore
Pls help
Tl;dr: avast forgeted my pc when uninstalling and nothing works
