If the issue is being caused by the teacher, then report it to the principal. If he genuinely doesn't care about the class' education and only about money, then report him to the superintendent of your school's district.

However, if the issue is being caused by a lack of effort on your part and you're justifying it by saying everyone else is doing poorly, then the problem's on you.

if you were getting bad grades because of the teacher, your parents would know because they can check you're grades online
teachers and parents also discuss your grades at parent-teacher conferences that happen every 6 weeks depending on where you live
and if you are getting grades that bad im pretty sure your parents would be pissed, unless their expectation are garbage
