Those are very different scenarios.
At band, at a game, she's not likely going to outright ignore you or she'd probably cause a scene.
And at a party, with drink especially, she's not going to ruin her night by actively ignoring you or fighting you.
It's easy to be friendly to people in public, to keep up appearances and not create issues, yet not actually like them (guess what guys,i t's easy online too, you don't always have to be rude to people you don't like!).
I would say she probably doesn't like you, given her attitude in less public situations.
