According to Reddit and the guy who uploaded it (but not filmed it), the guy with the machete is a crazy man.
He threatened a entrepreneur  with the machete, who pulled a gun on him.

Not entirely sure what happened next, but the entrepreneur  got in his car (red one), and began to drive him down.
The white car is a friend of the entrepreneur s.
