goddamnit
ok whoever remembers that topic about my braces
they delayed the removal.
it was supposed to be today
about that snapped wire thats spring-loaded to the top of my mouth
its digging into the flesh and it hurts like hell every now and then
they put anchoring rings around my rear 4 teeth,
and their pressure is so high that some of the teeth are cracking
my mouth was filled with blood earlier because of a sudden chip-cracking sound in my mouth when the bottom rear left and top rear left teeth colided
ghod help me

don't post ambiguous titles please

i think he posted it, then regretted it and renamed the title.

your mouth is bleeding because you need to floss more often :)

your mouth is bleeding because you need to floss more often :)

Dentists who say this deserve a root cbrown town in every single tooth without the help of drugs

i cant floss but i brush regularly
i cant reach anything because the metal goes between the teeth
not ontop
also i made a old topic about this so thats why the title

wth if your teeth are cracking there's gotta be something wrong

op can now only eat sludge

Follow Tokthree's advice. I wish I had sued my dentist, he messed the nerves in my mouth up which made brushing extremely excruciating

Holy stuff get to your orthodontic ASAP
Then I guess you can
Sue for malpractice?

Sue for malpractice?
let me explain something,
in america when you sue someone, the sued one needs to proove their innocence
in germany when you sue someone, the suing person needs to proove they are correct
and even then theres only 1% chance of suing them sucessfully
sigh

in america when you sue someone, the sued one needs to proove their innocence
I don't think this is right. As far as I'm aware the burden of proof is still on the prosecution. The defendant obviously has to establish facts in their defence, but that's in response to any allegations.

That's pretty much spot-on. However, since it would be a civil case, that burden of proof is much lower, whereas if it were a criminal case it'd be "beyond a reasonable doubt".
Please note I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice, this is just what I've learned

or just threaten to sue and then maybe they'll bump up your appointment date lol
