What is Tales of Blood?

• Tales of Blood is an Post-Apocalyptic Forum Roleplay based around Fallout, Bloodlust, Etc.

Is this a Single person Roleplay, where the OP updates with Information?

• As Much as I'd like this to be closer to bloodlust in design, I can't keep updating constantly.
  So, instead this is a Multiplayer Forum Game.

Tales of Blood takes place in the Fallout universe, so you can use stuff from there.

Lore:
Read up on your fallout lore. I recommend the ShoddyCast Lore series for a quicker alternative to reading. This takes place After Fallout New Vegas. (NCR rules Nevada, BoS alive, All Gangs Alive, Mutants safe, mostly the good karma stuff.)
